10 Dec

The cute little teenage star Emma Watson is all grown up. The harry potter school girl stars in Simon Curtis’s upcoming project “My Week with Marilyn”.

Emma potrays the role of Lucy, an assistant in the wardrobe department at Pinewood studios in 1956. The film is based on the memoir of Laurence Olivier’s assistant, Colin Clark. Olivier (who is played in the film by Kenneth Branagh) became a close confidant of Marilyn Monroe (Michelle Williams) during the filming of “The Prince and the Showgirl”.

Interestingly, in 1999, Simon Curtis was the one who gave Daniel Radcliff his first role in the television series David copperfield, where Radcliff potrayed the character of the younger David Copperfield.
